Overcoming performance anxiety and fear of judgement by peers is one of the first and biggest obstacles that keep people out of many social situations, many jobs and careers where they can unlock their true potential and unlock their real purpose in life, and many unnecessarily missed opportunities.
Having a career in politics, acting, law and law enforcement, medicine, education and many others, where you will need to speak to a room in front of many people, many of whom will look at you in an unfavorable way, is highly dependent on this ability to keep your cool, be charismatic, loud, clear and not care what people say about your natural, unchanging quirks that you have a natural and learned predisposition to feeling insecure about. But the reality is if you are confident about them, then it won’t matter what other people think, and ultimately people don’t care.
