Public speaking, oratory, demagoguery are crucial to developing charisma. Some people have it naturally more than others – in more traditional terms internationally they would say one has a strong gene. Some need to practice it in order to make themselves stand out. Rest assured, charisma can be universally cultivated. Many leaders throughout history were documented for their charisma and the effect it had on the masses. If you are able to convince the masses to your bidding and to your favor, then that effect can similarly multiply in individual interactions.
